Welcome to BizyDesk, We are so glad you are here. Before you start using our workspaces and services, please take a few minutes to read through our terms. These are here to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience.

By using BizyDesk, you agree to the following terms:

1. Using the Space
  • Your access depends on the plan you choose hot desk, dedicated desk, private cabin or full office.
  • Our spaces are for professional use only. Please do not use them for anything illegal or inappropriate.
  • Keep your area tidy and be respectful of shared zones like the meeting rooms, pantry and lounge.
2. Access & Hours
  • You can use the space during the hours included in your plan. Some plans come with 24/7 access.
  • Improve and personalize user experience
  • Entry cards or keys are just for you please do not t share them with others for any security reasons.
3. Payments
  • Payment should be made in advance based on your billing cycle (monthly or as per your plan).
  • Late payments might lead to restricted access until the dues are cleared.
  • Security deposits, where applicable, are refunded after your term ends provided everything’s in good shape and all payments are done.
4. Internet & Devices
  • We provide reliable high speed Wi-Fi to all members. Please avoid heavy downloads or any misuse.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal devices please look after your belongings.
5. Respect & Conduct
  • Treat everyone staff and fellow members with respect.
  • Avoid loud calls, music or anything that might disturb others.
  • Any kind of rude, offensive or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate termination of services.
6. Booking Meeting Rooms
  • Meeting rooms are available as per your membership plan and must be pre-booked.
  • Wrap up your meetings on time and leave the room neat for the next user.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
  • If you wish to end your plan, please give us at least 15 days notice in writing.
  • Refunds, if applicable, follow the policy shared with you during onboarding.
  • Partial-month usage is non refundable unless agreed in advance.
8. Our Responsibility
  • While we take every measure to keep things smooth, BizyDesk isn’t responsible for personal injuries, losses or damages within the premises.
  • If there is ever an issue like a power cut or internet glitch, we will fix it as quickly as possible but occasional disruptions may happen.
9. Policy Updates
  • We may update our terms from time to time. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
